We are Carl & Tracy Hartley, the founders of Retired and Board LLC! We want to start off by saying how God has blessed us with so much in our lives. We have great parents who instilled a great work ethic and values. We have amazing children, Marshall and Katarina. In addition, we not only have been blessed with a daughter-in-law, Carli, and son-in-law, Colton, we recently have been blessed with our first grandchild, Hartley Dawn. We worked with the government for over 33 years and retired in December 2021. Since then, the Hartleys decided to do something creative during retirement. We really love our laser machine and are happy to create custom crafts and gifts. We are excited to start this new chapter in our lives and cannot wait to see what the future holds.
